Vanilla Coffee Overnight Oats

Vanilla Coffee Overnight Oats
Serves 2-3

Ingredients:
1.5 cups rolled oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
½ cup strong brewed
GRIND light roast
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt

Instructions:
In a large mason jar or bowl with a lid, mix together the oats and chia seeds. Add the almond milk, coffee, maple syrup, vanilla and salt. Stir until everything is mixed well. The oats should be submerged in liquid. If not, just stir in more almond milk

Let sit overnight or for at least 4 hours in the fridge. Enjoy chilled topped with bananas and nuts, if you’d like. If you prefer oats to be more runny, just pour some almond milk into your oats when you’re ready to eat them.

Coffee Hazelnut Granola

Coffee Hazelnut Granola

Hazelnut Coffee Granola
Makes about 6 cups

Ingredients:
½ cup coconut oil, melted
½ cup honey (or maple syrup)
2 tbsp almond butter
2 tsp vanilla extract
3 cups oats
1 cup coconut flakes
1 cup chopped hazelnuts
¼ cup finely ground
GRIND dark roast
½ tsp salt

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 325F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together the coconut oil, honey, almond butter and vanilla until smooth.

Add the oats, coconut flakes, hazelnuts, ground coffee and salt. Stir to evenly mix and coat everything.

Transfer to the baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through. Allow to cool completely before transferring to an airtight container.

Ingredients:
½ cup strong brewed
GRIND dark roast, chilled
½ cup unsweetened coconut milk
¼ cup dark chocolate chunks
1 scoop Detox Organics
2 tbsp almond butter
1 cup ice (about 6 cubes)
Whipped cream, for topping (optional)

Instructions:
In a high speed blender, add the chilled GRIND coffee, coconut milk, chocolate chunks, Detox, almond butter and ice. Blend on high until smooth.

Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream, if you’d like.

Serves 2

Ingredients:
3 frozen bananas, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 tsp finely ground GRIND dark roast coffee
1 scoop Detox Organics
1 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
2 tbsp chopped or slivered almonds
1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:
Allow the bananas to sit out for about 10 minutes to soften a bit. Add them to a high-speed blender and blend until an ice cream-like consistency forms, making sure to stop and scrape down the sides and get under the blade.

Add the GRIND coffee, Detox Organics, cocoa powder, chocolate chips, almonds and vanilla pulse  until everything is incorporated, scraping down the sides as needed.

Serve topped with additional chocolate chips and almonds.

Store in an airtight container in the freezer.

Strawberry Chia BCAA Popsicles

Strawberry Chia BCAA Popsicles
Makes 6 popsicles

Ingredients:
1 cup strawberries (about 6)
1 cup almond milk
¼ cup plain yogurt
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 scoop All Natural Kiwi/Strawberry BCAAs

Instructions:
In a blender, add the strawberries, almond milk, yogurt, chia seeds and BCAAs. Blend until smooth with some strawberry chunks remaining.

Divide evenly between 6 popsicle molds.  Place popsicle sticks into the molds and freeze overnight or for at least 8 hours.

To remove, run warm water over the molds for a few seconds then slide them out.

Store in a ziplock bag in the freezer.
