Are 30 Day Abs Possible?

Can you really develop abs in only 30 days?

If you ask most people, they will tell you no, it takes longer to work your muscles and shape them into defined abs.

But what if I told you that with the right nutrition and the right exercise, it is possible to get abs in only 30 days.
