Are You Toxic?

If you remember my last detox blog, I talked about what a detox is and why you should be doing it. Now, I want to talk to you about how you can go about eliminating those toxins from your body and how you don’t store body fat when doing so.

Our bodies get filled with toxins by the foods and medications we consume, products we use and through our environment, such as the pollutants in the air that we breathe. At some point, our body tells us that we need a break from all of this and we need to eliminate those toxins and rejuvenate.
