Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Protein Bites

Everyone loves chocolate and everyone loves cookies, which makes this chocolate chip cookie dough bites the perfect treat. But these bites are more than just a naughty treat for your cheat day. They are clean, packed with protein and, believe it or not, healthy!

In a food processor, add the cashews, coconut flour and protein powder. Process until it turns into a fine meal.

Add the almond milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Process until a dough starts to come together.

Add the chocolate chips and pulse to break them up a bit. Roll into golf-sized balls.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
