Coconut Vanilla Cold Brew

Makes 5 cups

Coarsely grind the coffee beans, so that it resembles a chunky cornmeal texture. Add the ground coffee and water to a large jar and stir to make sure all the beans are soaked.

Cover with a cloth or lid and allow to sit for 12 hours or overnight.

Place cheesecloth or a paper towel in a fine mesh strainer and strain out the coffee beans. Rinse out the jar to get rid of any ground coffee bits then stir in the strained cold brew, coconut milk, vanill, and salt.

Fill a glass with ice and pour the cold brew over top.

Store leftover cold brew in the fridge for up to 1 week.
