Coffee Vanilla Oats


  • 1 cup cooked rolled or steel cut oats
  • 3 tbsp strong brewed GRIND coffee
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • ½ banana, sliced
  • 2 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs


In a bowl, combine the cooked oats, coffee, almond milk, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract and salt. 

Taste and add more honey or maple syrup for sweetness, coffee for more coffee flavor and/or almond milk to thin it out. 

Top with banana slices, cacao nibs and coconut flakes.
