EASY CUCUMBER SALAD RECIPE

Ingredients:

Salad:

1 cucumber, cubed
2 tomatoes, diced

Dressing:

1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp dijon mustard
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
Dash of dill
Dash of turmeric

 

Directions:

Mix your tomatoes and cucumbers together in a bowl. Then in a separate small bowl mix all of the ingredients for the dressing.

Drizzle your dressing over your salad and enjoy!
