PRE-WORKOUT SHAKE RECIPE

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz Cold Brew Coffee
  • 10 Almonds
  • ½ Banana
  • 1 tbsp Cacao Nibs
  • 1tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1 tsp Green Coffee Bean
  • ½ Vanilla Bean Extract
  • Pinch of Himalayan Salt
  • 2 Scoops of Morellifit Protein

Directions:

Combine your ingredients together in a blender and blend until smooth.

HOW DOES THIS SHAKE IMPROVE YOUR WORKOUT?
