What Can Be Done About Cellulite?

There is only one way to safely reduce the appearance of cellulite and that is through diet and exercise. By eating healthy and training your body, you can lose weight and tone your muscles, especially the muscles in the areas cellulite tends to appear. As you begin to lose weight, the fat cells will begin to slightly retract from the skin, reducing cellulite appearance. Also, as you begin to build muscle, it will recede cellulite appearance by promoting a more even appearance of the skin [4].
