GRIND Coffee Popsicles

1 cup coconut milk
1 cup strong brewed GRIND light roast coffee
½ banana
1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
1 tsp vanillaI

In a high-speed blender, add the coconut milk, coffee, banana, maple syrup or honey and vanilla and blend until smooth. Pour into 6 popsicle molds. Insert your popsicle sticks and freeze overnight or for at least 8 hours. 

To remove, run lukewarm water over the molds until they can be wiggled out. Store popsicles in a large ziploc bag in the freezer.
