Gut Healing Power Smoothie

2 cup distilled or purified water

1” piece of ginger (peeled)

1 small handful of mint

1 apple chopped

1 piece of clove

1/4 cup of cherries (or 1 oz 100% organic cherry juice)

2 oz of goji berries

Add all ingredients into a blender. Blend on high for 1 minute or until all ingredients are smooth.
