HOMEMADE PALEO GRANOLA RECIPE

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sliced almonds
  • 2 cups unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 cup raw sunflower seeds
  • 1 cups raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/3 extra virgin coconut oil
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground nutmeg

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 350º and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, mix your coconut, nuts, and seeds, adding in your cinnamon and nutmeg. Stir until your mixture is coated in the seasonings.

On low heat, melt your coconut oil and honey. Add in your vanilla extract.

Once warm and melted, pour the mixture over your nuts and seeds and stir it all together so that your nuts and seeds are coated.

Pour onto the baking sheet and spread evenly. Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
