Apple Pie Protein Oatmeal

This oatmeal is full of good nutrition and protein and way less sugar than pre-packaged oatmeal.

Ingredients

Directions

  • Boil water in a small sauce pan on medium heat.
  • After water begins to boil pour in oats, apple, walnut, cinnamon, nutmeg, stevia, and vanilla. Stir.
  • Cook for 5 minutes on Medium low heat, and stir occasionally.
  • Once done stir in 2 scoops of vanilla whey protein.
