This oatmeal is full of good nutrition and protein and way less sugar than pre-packaged oatmeal.
Ingredients
- 1 ¾ cup water
- 1 cup Oats
- 1 apple peeled and chopped
- ¼ cup walnuts
- 1 small packet of Stevia
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- ¼ tsp vanilla
- 2 scoops Morellifit Nutrition Strawberry Protein
Directions
- Boil water in a small sauce pan on medium heat.
- After water begins to boil pour in oats, apple, walnut, cinnamon, nutmeg, stevia, and vanilla. Stir.
- Cook for 5 minutes on Medium low heat, and stir occasionally.
- Once done stir in 2 scoops of vanilla whey protein.
