Bacon and Egg Breakfast Sandwich To-Go

Ingredients:

1 Ezekiel English Muffin
1 egg*
1 slice of bacon, cut in two*
Basil
Onion

 

Directions:

In a pan over medium heat, cook your bacon until desired temperature. Once finished, cook your eggs in the same pan. For to-go purposes, we recommend over medium/over hard, but you can cook the eggs to your liking.

Using a paper towel, pat the excess grease off your bacon.

Sauté onions in the same pan that the bacon and eggs were in. Pat the onions dry with a paper towel.

Toast your Ezekiel English muffin in a toaster. Then add your basil, egg, bacon and onions.

Enjoy for a simple breakfast that you can take on the go!
