These gluten free, protein packed, cookie dough balls are the perfect snack anytime of day. Make ahead and keep in the fridge for instant gratification.
Ingredients
- 2 scoops Morellifit Nutrition Protein
- ¼ cup almond flour
- ½ cup almond butter
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ cup quality chocolate (or 70% or higher cacao chocolate) chips
Directions
- Mix all of the ingredients together except the chocolate chips.
- After the dough appears crumbly and all flour and whey protein have been incorporated add the chocolate chips.
- Using an ice cream scoop or 1 inch cookie scoop, scoop out the dough and roll into balls.
