At your next BBQ this summer amp up your burgers with a little extra protein.



  • Add onion, mushroom, garlic, to a food processor and chop.
  • Add beef, egg, salt & pepper, and protein to the food processor to combine.
  • To make sliders scoop about ¼ cup of mixure and form into patties.
  • Cook on grill, oven, or in a pan on the stove top to your desired doneness.
