2 scoops Grasshopper Fudge
1 cup oatmeal
½ cup sunflower seeds
1 tbsp coconut flour
½ tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
¼ cup coconut oil
3 eggs
1 tbsp honey
¼ cup almond butter
Preheat oven 375º F. Blend dry ingredients (the first 6) in food processor and pulse until chopped to a coarse consistency. Stir in the rest of the ingredients. Shape into balls and pat them flat.
