  • Puree fruit in blender then mix in whey protein.
  • Add one cup of cold water to a bowl and sprinkle gelatin on top.
  • Microwave for 1 minute.
  • Mix fruit and gelatin then pour into molds.
  • Refrigerate for 3 hours.
