Who doesn’t love a good stack of hot pancakes in the morning? You’ll never go back to regular pancakes after you try these gluten free primal pancakes. Double the batch and freeze half for a quick toaster breakfast later in the week!



  • Mash banana, beat in eggs, and almond butter.
  • Mix in whey protein, coconut flour and cinnamon.
  • Heat skillet and add 1 tbsp of coconut oil over medium heat.
  • Pour in batter to desired pancake size.
