Sweet Potato Protein Biscuits

Sweet potatoes are packed with Vitamin A and with our Morellifit Nutrition added to the mix these muffins are protein packed as well.



  • Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  • Cook sweet potato in microwave until soft and let cool.
  • Scoop out meat of potato set aside.
  • Mix butter, flour, whey protein, and salt until it looks crumbly.
  • Add milk, honey, and sweet potato to the dry mixture
  • Drop on cookie sheet (using parchment paper helps them not stick).
  • Cook for 10-12 minutes.
