Good Morning Fit fam! I have a question regarding the meal plans for SHRED. i have lost about 11 pounds on the rest! Wahoo! i was wondering how much of a difference that 11 pounds makes in terms of the meal plan they made for me? obviously the weight i entered when i filled out the questionnaire was much higher! Do i need to adjust my meal plan, or did they account for this when making the meal plans? If anyone could help/Knows any info, I'd really appreciate it! ☻


Ok Michael, time for an update! I told you before we started I had put on 12 lbs in a few months from all that had been going on in my life. I made a deal with you and besides one glass of wine and one beer I haven't drank in a month. I stuck to a slightly modified version of the reset, and I was able to drop all 12 lbs.... without going to the gym once. I wanted to see what detox organics would do with a clean diet alone without throwing anything else in the mix. You have done it again my friend! Woohoo to everyone that just finished the Shred! I can't believe I made it to the end. There were definitely some bumps along with way but here I am 60 days later! So here are my before and after pictures. I really don't feel like I shredded rnuch. I did go off rsty meal plan a bit and ate some extra calories (all clean though) I do see a little difference on my side pictures. I felt bloated before I started and towards the end. Been really struggling with feeling bloated. I really did enjoy the IM fasting though, honestly I didn't think I would. Oct I was able to fast just fine and it gave me more mental clarity and more energy as well.

Yes Yes y'all checking in before I tear up my 4th of July filet mignon. So here's my physical transformation not bad for a 45 washed up former competitive athlete in track and cycling. Quick story of my 2017 journey in Jan I started at 198lbs healthy,less mobile, inflamed everywhere, and using a silly CPAP to bed, In April I dropped to 186Ibs on a ketogenic lifestyle, then 184lbs in week 3 of The Shred, and today down to 178lb and counting... threw out the CPAP and feel very little inflammation in my joints.
