SPINACH, TOMATO, AND EGG CUP RECIPE

Ingredients:

2 cups spinach
1 tomato (veggie of your choice)
2 cups egg whites
Pepper
Salt

 

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 350º F.

Lightly grease a 6 muffin baking sheet with olive oil and dividing your spinach into each slot. Do the same with the tomatoes and egg whites. Salt and pepper to taste.

Bake for 15-18 minutes.
