I knew these Strawberry Kiwi BCAAs were gonna be good, but I didn’t know they’d become a best seller.

I also didn’t know how versatile they were and how easily they can be used in so many delicious recipes, like this Strawberry BCAA Chia Jam recipe:



In a pot over medium heat, add the strawberries and water and bring to a gentle simmer. Reduce the heat to low and mash the strawberries with a fork to release their juices. 

Allow to simmer for 5 minutes, then stir in the chia seeds and BCAAs. Remove from heat and transfer to a glass mason jar. Cover and place in the fridge to cool and thicken.

Enjoy on top of oatmeal, stirred into yogurt, or paired with peanut butter for a healthy PB&J sandwich.
