
Strawberry Chia BCAA Popsicles
Makes 6 popsicles
Ingredients:
1 cup strawberries (about 6)
1 cup almond milk
¼ cup plain yogurt
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 scoop All Natural Kiwi/Strawberry BCAAs
Instructions:
In a blender, add the strawberries, almond milk, yogurt, chia seeds and BCAAs. Blend until smooth with some strawberry chunks remaining.
Divide evenly between 6 popsicle molds. Place popsicle sticks into the molds and freeze overnight or for at least 8 hours.
To remove, run warm water over the molds for a few seconds then slide them out.
Store in a ziplock bag in the freezer.
