Strawberry Kiwi Smoothie Bowl

Smoothies are pretty much great whenever. Incorporating Mfit’s Strawberry Kiwi BCAAs into smoothies takes ‘delicious’ to a whole new level.

BCAAs are great for workout recovery, protein synthesis and electrolyte replenishment. They even pack the added benefit of helping to controlling your hunger (a perfect fix to hold you over until dinner, or to avoid junk food on movie night – hey, we’ve all been there).

  • ¼ cup water
  • ½ frozen banana
  • ½ cup dairy-free yogurt
  • 1 scoop Strawberry Kiwi BCAA’s
  • 6 frozen strawberries (about 1 cup)
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes, for garnish


In a high speed blender, add the water, banana, yogurt, BCAA’s and strawberries and blend until thick and smooth.

Pour into a small bowl and top with kiwi slices and coconut flakes.
