Chest Workout:

  • Bench Press – 3 sets of 12-15 Reps
  • Decline Chest Press – 3 sets of 10 -12 reps
  • Cable Flies – 4 sets of 12-15 reps
  • Incline Dumbbell Press – 4 sets of 10-12 reps
  • Pushups – As many as you can do until fatigue!
