Vanilla Coffee Overnight Oats

Vanilla Coffee Overnight Oats
Serves 2-3

1.5 cups rolled oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
½ cup strong brewed
GRIND light roast
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt

In a large mason jar or bowl with a lid, mix together the oats and chia seeds. Add the almond milk, coffee, maple syrup, vanilla and salt. Stir until everything is mixed well. The oats should be submerged in liquid. If not, just stir in more almond milk

Let sit overnight or for at least 4 hours in the fridge. Enjoy chilled topped with bananas and nuts, if you’d like. If you prefer oats to be more runny, just pour some almond milk into your oats when you’re ready to eat them.
